Class Overview

What is EQ Academy?

EQ Academy is a 3-day event for students wanting to learn how to use their EQ8 software. The Electric Quilt Company brings in experienced teachers to guide students through the learning process.

Classes are either half day (3 hours) or full day (6 hours) with an hour lunch break in between sessions.

How to fill your days: It is not required that you attend all 3 days of the event. You may enroll in as many classes as you like. If you do plan to attend all 3 days, we recommend filling your 3 days with as many classes as you can. Click here to see a complete schedule (PDF) of all the classes being offered.

If you have a break, however, there are a few quilt shops in the area (about 10-20 minutes away), as well as a shopping center, movie theater and restaurants in the same area as the classrooms.

This is an EQ8 computer class. There will be no sewing during class time.
